The Soul REVIVAL retreat will be held in one of Costa Rica’s leading retreat centers in the southern tip of the Guanacaste Peninsula. Soul REVIVAL participants will journey through the program over days 1-5. You’ll move through morning embodiment & activation sequences, followed by a delicious breakfast overlooking spectacular 180 degree views of jungle mountains and ocean horizon. Ancient Awakening is designed for anyone who has felt lost, confused or overwhelmed about their deeper purpose. This 2-day Integrative Immersion will be focused on directing everything that came up for you in Soul REVIVAL into a more unique framework, tailored to you. We'll have workshops, adventures and ceremony. Human Design and other useful tools will be weaved into this journey to support you on a more individual level. This will be a time to go deep within yourself, to restore the Ancient Wisdom of your soul.
Please Note: Ancient Awakening is located at the same retreat space and is simply a continuation of Soul REVIVAL with a slightly different theme weaving it’s way through our workshops and adventures. Ancient Awakening is recommended for anyone who is desiring big timeline shifts surrounding their purpose in the coming years.

Your Facilitators
Sarah & Ryan have both been working in the coaching industry for several years. Sarah’s work has impacted thousands of women all over the world in the areas of physical and mental health and spirituality. Ryan guides men through the irreversible process of becoming who they came to this planet to be, through the harnessing of life force energy. Both Sarah & Ryan are trained breathwork facilitators, certified Life Coaches, nature lovers and freedom advocates and are fully committed to the process of supporting their human family in the inevitable highs and lows of the Ascension Process.
During the pandemic the world started to move through a necessary Rights of Passage as it relates to feeling free, alive and connected to our deeper WHY of being a human on Planet Earth at this time. As we move into the early-to-mid months of 2023, we are completing a major 3-year Karmic Cycle on Planet Earth that commenced in March 2020 and was reflected through a Global Shutdown. This retreat is designed to be the catalyst for anyone who is ready to climb out of a slow-moving, inward-focused cycle of shadow work. Every modality and workshop in this retreat is designed to support some major shifts in your relationships, your life vision, your flow of abundance, your physical health and your connection to the beyond. All of these themes work interchangably as one. You’ll find out more very soon.
Easiest Travel Options…
We recommend flying in on the 26th and flying out on June 2nd (Soul REVIVAL) or June 4th (Ancient Awakening) to give you plenty of spaciousness on your voyage.

You can fly into either the San Jose (SJO) or Liberia (LIR) international airport. Once you land you have 3 options to get from the airport to our sanctuary:
1) DOMESTIC FLIGHT:
Once you land you can book a domestic flight from either of the international airports to the domestic airport in Tambor (TMU), which is only a 35 minute (around $50 USD) taxi ride away from our retreat space.
There are two airlines that fly over to TMU - Sansa or Green Airways. Both are great options.
2) SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Shuttles are scheduled every morning from SJO or LIR to Montezuma, the town of our retreat space. The shuttle ride is around $55 USD per person.
The shuttle from SJO International Airport leaves at 7am in the morning and is a total of 4.5 hours long (this includes a 1.5 hour long ferry ride).
The shuttle from LIR International airport leaves at 9am and is a 3 hour drive.
3) PRIVATE TAXI:
If you’d prefer a private taxi they are approx $300 USD from SJO and $250 USD from LIR per car which we can arrange for you if you desire a private taxi (maximum 4 people)
Due to the travel that is required to Montezuma, we encourage all participants to fly in a day before on Friday the 26th. On the 27th our check-in time is 2pm and our opening circle/orientation starts at 3pm. Staying in a hotel in San Jose or Liberia on the 26th will give you plenty of time to make your voyage over to Montezuma for a 2pm check-in, and will allow those to get the morning shuttles on the 27th.
Below are some suggested San Jose / Liberia accommodations for you that are close by to each airport so you only need a 5-10 minute taxi from and back to the International Airport to catch the shuttle in the morning of the 27th.
It would be very self-loving to arrive a day early which will allow you to unwind, ground and get a good nights rest before we get started the next day.

The Resort
The intention of this retreat is total expansion and alignment. We knew that finding an elevated retreat center with breathtaking views for sunrise and sunset was a must. Our retreat space will be a mixture of Costa Rican Mountains and crystalline ocean shores. One of Costa Rica’s most famous waterfalls is located right next door. Everything you could need in terms of Nature Nourishment will be surrounding you at all times (in walking distance). The retreat center is one of Costa Rica’s leading wellness centers so all of the food will be exquisite, delicious yet healthy.
Teas, snacks, WiFi and gorgeous accommodation are all included in your stay.
The Rooms
All of the rooms have incredible views, open living plans and exotic bathrooms. You’ll feel right at home in whatever arrangement you choose. Take a look through the descriptions and feel into your body’s “yes” signal when making your decision.
Dorm Room

In the dorm room you’ll receive your own bed (a King single size) in a spacious open room overlooking the ocean and jungle. There are 5 beds in total in both the dorm rooms and you’ll be allocated with women if you are a woman, or men if you are a man.

The double rooms offer you either a King or Queen size bed to yourself. You’ll be sharing your room with one other participant of the same gender. These rooms are spacious and have incredible views, balconies and exotic bathrooms.

This room is designed to host a couple attending the retreat together. You’ll receive a King size bed. Your room will be open and spacious with panoramic views of the ocean horizon.

The single rooms are some of the property’s nicest rooms, and are designed for a participant to bunker down to themselves, receiving the privacy to be in their own space whenever they need.

Yes of course you can. Just select “Double” on your application and send us their name and we’ll be sure to put you two in the same room.

Costa Rica is very safe. If you arrive in Costa Rica prior to May 27 or stay after June 3 to explore the country, just make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and don’t leave anything of value in the car!

Yes, Acient Awakening has it’s own separate program and is an add-on to your experience. Depending on which room you choose it will be a slightly different price. Ancient Awakening will be a mixture of intentional ceremonies, outdoor adventures and workshops that will be more tailored to YOU and your design, intentions and dreams in the coming months post-retreat.
The cost is varied, depending on your room. The pricing is anywhere from $340 - $450 for our outdoor excursion, food, meals, accommodation, WiFi and workshops.

Check-in is at 2:00pm and refreshments will be served upon arrival. You can then head off to your space and land and say hello to the beautiful humans you’ll be journeying with over the next week.
The retreat officially takes off with an opening circle & orientation at 3:30pm, followed by dinner at 5:30pm. After dinner we’ll have a sharing circle to open the space.
You can arrive at the retreat center as early as 2:00pm and ideally no later than 3:00pm. If you schedule has you arriving any later just reach out to us and let us know so we know when to expect you.
Checkout for the Soul REVIVAL participants will be 11:00am on the 1st of June.
Checkout for those who stayed for Ancient Awakening will be 11:00am June 3rd.

Only the participants of Soul REVIVAL are able to join Ancient Awakening. This is because we will have already established a level of intimacy in the group which will be a supporting force when we shift into part 2. The Ancient Awakening program will be working more deeply in a tailored way.

No! You most certainly do not need any vaccines to enter into Costa Rica.

Most countries do not need a visa to get into Costa Rica and you’ll be granted a stay of up to 90 days.
Make sure you have at least 3 months until your passport expires.
Some countries do need a 90-day visa which you do not need to prepare prior to your arrival. It’ll be granted on arrival in immigration.

Do some of your own research to make sure you’ve got a green light to enter. Most participants will not need a visa (if you are coming from a western country).

If you select our most affordable option “dorms” you’ll be in a room with max 4 other people (of the same gender to you). You’ll have a king single bed and the room is spacious and open, see the photos to get a better idea.
If you select “double” then you’ll be sharing your room with just 1 other person.
If you select “private” then you will have your own private room and bathroom.

You’ll be asked about your dietary restrictions in the more extensive pre-retreat form. We’d like to know in advance so we can cater to your needs.
All the food will be gluten free, made with food straight off the land or from local organic markets. We’ll have some animal protein options (fish and eggs) and plenty of vegan and vegetarian dishes. The food will nourish you deeply. Teas and refreshments will always be available in the main house.
We ask no alcohol, plant medicines or drugs are brought onsite. If you are a cigarette smoker please let us know in advance.

We do recommend you purchase travel insurance given how inexpensive it is to cover your trip. There are many different companies to go with that offer super affordable plans to cover your trip.
If something comes up suddenly and you are unable to attend, traveler's insurance will refund your investment or medical costs at a nominal fee (usually runs about $75- $120 to insure, offered by most credit cards). We use the Patriot plan at IMG or Allianz .
